For PHONE inquiries on the euthanasia service line, our goal is to answer calls personally always ASAP. If you reach our answering service, we are on a call with a client and will always call you back as soon as we are able to. In some cases, calls may go to a simple phone tree to separate calls for euthanasia versus cremation center – please choose the service you need so that we can answer everyone as quickly as possible. We kindly ask that calls to us overnight during the hours of midnight to 6 am be limited to those in need of immediate, emergency euthanasia to allow our hardworking staff as much rest as possible.

If you need assistance with cremation related questions such as cremain pickup, please call 503 379 1292 directly. This will help reduce call volume on our euthanasia line which can be very busy with urgent calls.
