We don’t have the words to express how grateful we were for your services. Beau’s health had been deteriorating for some time, but he held on despite all the discomfort and medicine he was taking to control his pain. He decided on the evening of June 28th that it was his time to cross over. We panicked, as it was Sunday evening and the last place we wanted him to go was to an ER with bright lights and surrounded by strangers.

I frantically googled in-home pet euthanasia and your business popped up. We called instantly and actually got to talk to a human; she was so calm and kind and asked us all about Beau. Your on-call vet was booked until after midnight, but we were told we’d get a call if there was a cancellation. We got that call a short time later, and we’re so relieved.

Lisa (I think that was her name) arrived about half an hour later. She greeted Beau’s litter mate and sister, Zoey and kindly and gently talked to and examined Beau. We all agreed it was time through a million tears. She explained the process, gave him a calming injection, and then gave us time to say our goodbyes.

Beau didn’t move from my spouse’s lap the entire time after having 2 seizures previously. His sister Zoey was by our side. It’s never the right time, but Beau had suffered enough. Lisa gave him the final injection, and he peacefully passed over the rainbow 🌈 bridge.

He was carefully placed in a beautiful basket and tucked in with doggie print blankets. We let Zoey sniff him and say her goodbye. We all walked him to Lisa’s car and thanked her, and we all hugged. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Your business name is more than appropriate, as the entire experience was full of compassion, respect, and love. Thank you from the bottom of our ❤️ 💙 💜
